2014 was an exciting year for The Library Foundation thanks to supporters like you. Learn more in our annual report. Some highlights include:
- New Bookmobile - “Sherlock” – Thanks to the Capitol Federal® Foundation for becoming a literacy partner enabling the library to purchase this new vehicle.
- New Books, Movies and Music Area – Gifts were made to restore the History stained glass window and to purchase benches for this area of the library.
- First Library Cards for Kindergartners – The IREAD Initiative was piloted at Lowman Hill Elementary School and there are plans to expand in 2015.
- 2014 Donors – Check the donor list to see if your name is on it and be sure to make a gift sometime in 2015 so you can see your name next year!
