Marsha Sheahan

The library became a lifelong habit as a youngster I read books by Beverly Cleary and historical novels such as Little Women and Little House on the Prairie. I’d take several books home each time we went—and we went a lot! As an adult, I love the library for the calming atmosphere, the art, interacting with the volunteers and staff and access to all kinds of books, movies, programs and classes.  The library is a Topeka treasure!  ~ Marsha J Sheahan, Former Trustee, The Library Foundation
